We meet candidates before you do. We talk about track record, judgment, the moments that defined how they operate. We confirm what is verifiable and we form a point of view on the rest. We do not pass along candidates we would not bet on ourselves.
We deliver.
When we send a candidate forward, you receive context, not a stack of resumes. We stay close through the interview process, handle the offer conversation directly, and remain a useful party long after the hire is made. We are paid only when a placement closes.
